Thirty years into a construction and development career that has taken him across the country, Terry still loves what he does. He started his career with the Weitz Company, national general contractor, fresh out of the University of Minnesota, overseeing large commercial, retail and residential projects throughout the United States. Since arriving here in 1989 to lead luxury high-rise construction on Marco Island and major redevelopment of mixed-use buildings along Fifth Avenue in Naples for prominent Antaramian Development, Terry has left his mark on Southwest Florida. As president and owner of D'Jamoos-Jerulle Construction he headed development of projects totaling more than $60 million, including Corkscrew Palms in Estero and Vanderbilt Galleria in Naples. He is also an active member of the prestigious Collier County Licensing Board.
With experience that spans more than two decades, includes the roles of project manager and estimator, and venues reaching from Connecticut to South Florida and Puerto Rico, William knows the construction business inside and out. As vice president for Terry Jerulle for the past decade, William is responsible for the day-to-day construction operations, managing personnel and projects, reviewing and awarding jobs to subcontractors, and coordinating project schedules and costs. He is a graduate of the University of Connecticut and has a degree in civil engineering.
Mr. Demerly has 23 years of construction management experience in Southwest Florida. Upon graduation from Purdue University in Building Construction Management, Mike has worked on many of the buildings that have shaped the landscape of our area, including the Newgate Center, Naples Bay Resort, Laurel Oak Elementary School, Bonita Healthcare, Allen Systems Headquarters, and the Yacht Club of Marco, among many others. He is the newest member of the T. Jerulle Construction management team, after working at Kraft Construction for the past 11 years, and will be responsible for field operations along with assisting in estimating.
