Now that we have concluded the construction of the above project and a Certificate of Occupancy has been received, I wish to thank you for your continued efforts in bringing this development to an honorable conclusion. This has been an extremely difficult project for my company especially being so far away to monitor. Your company has provided a very professional service and you have been extremely patient and accommodating during a time when the owners were indecisive.
During the last construction phase of the project I elected to complete this portion on a time and material basis and your company achieved a lower than projected cost to complete.
