It was a pleasure working with the entire team over at T. Jerulle Construction for the past 12 months on the 555 Building on 5th Ave. S. T. Jerulle Construction was very professional, on-budget and on-time during the entire duration of the construction project. The work of the project manager, Mike Demerly, was particularly impressive. Mike was always on top of the schedule, planning ahead, anticipating problems and finding solutions before issues could arise.
This particular site was extremely challenging because of its small size and its location on 5th Ave. S., but Mike handled construction traffic, heavy equipment coordination, access to neighboring businesses, and the constant pedestrian traffic along 5th Ave. S. with great care and attention to safety.
All of us on the design team, the owner, and the marketing team have been impressed with the quality of work and the timeliness of T. Jerulle’s construction team, and we look forward to working with them on future projects.
