I have had the opportunity to become acquainted with Terry Jerulle over the past several years. During this time we have worked together on a variety of project types and a range of project scales. Our relationship has grown beyond professional boundaries and I now consider Terry a personal friend. His would not have occurred had Terry not exhibited many traits that I admired.
As it pertains to professional management capabilities and knowledge of construction I have had many dealings both with Terry directly and with his associates at T. Jerulle Construction. It is my opinion that they are very well skilled and an asset to any development team. I cannot recall any instance in which Terry did not serve our mutual clients well. The process of constructing a building is very complicated and requires a dedicated team effort and communication between several individuals on many levels.
